TRC were required to tailor and schedule a Master installation program for approximately 4000m3 of FF&E. We were then able to co-ordinate delivery of suppliers, contractors etc according to the program to ensure a smooth installation over 465 rooms, a restaurant, bar, the gym, Pool Café and Business Centre over 22 levels

This project also included delivery of Mock rooms prior to the main installation, inventory management and quality checks on all items throughout and the removal of all packaging for disposal offsite once the installation was complete.
