TRC provided Relocation Management Services 4 weeks prior to relocating Day Surgery and Outpatient Units for The Royal Victorian Eye and Ear Hospital into the refurbished Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre in East Melbourne.

The move required the relocation of 5 floors of speciality outpatient clinics, biomedical areas, 4 operating theatres, pharmacy areas and medical and administrative staff.
