TRC undertook the relocation of over 450 staff over one weekend for DELWP from 2 separate CBD locations into new facilities at Casseldon Place (2 Lonsdale Street Melbourne).

The relocation required the packing and removal of artefacts and memorabilia from an on-site museum along with 850 lineal metres of files and departmental records. TRC provided full ICT disconnection and re-connection services involving the removal of monitors from stands and attaching screens to monitor arms at Casseldon Place. There were a total of 2,300 crates of contents along with miscellaneous furniture items and equipment.
