This relocation required the complete packing of the Chelsea Library, storage and the re-installation  on site whilst refurbishment works were being undertaken. The move was conducted over a 3-stage period and required the construction and reconfiguration of all the library shelving units. TRC continues to work closely with the City of Kingston.
