TRC completed the relocation of the Box Hill Hospital as part of the overall redevelopment at the Nelson Road site. The clinical move was conducted over a 2 day intensive period which required the relocation of 18 Wards, Accident and Emergency areas, 8 Operating Theatres, Medical Imaging, Pharmacy, Pathology laboratories and Allied Health Units.
 Consolidation of all furniture and ICT equipment in the old hospital was also performed following the main move.
