TRC were able to successfully relocate and merge 250+ staff from two' critical business units in South Australia; the SA Call Centre and Blood Production.
We provided a complete end-end relocation solution that enhanced the FF&E transitioning process without disruption to business as usual (BAU).

The bulk of this project included ICT and FF&E transitions as well as rubbish disposal as part of the decommissioning and make good process.
