Footscray Hospital

TRC supported the decommissioning of Old Footscray Hospital, coordinating and tracking furniture and equipment for transfer to other sites or donation. Our team managed dock bookings, collection schedules, deliveries and on-site logistics using dock management and asset tracking systems developed by TRC. This helped keep the complex process organised and efficient.
