One month prior to moving, TRC appointed a Relocation Manager who was charged with the task of developing a comprehensive relocation management program for GBC Scientific Equipment’, who needed assistance with the move of their warehouse, manufacturing facilities and offices from Dandenong South.

This program required the coordination of heavy machinery specialists, subcontractors and suppliers who were involved with the decommissioning, recommissioning and fit out at the new site. 
The actual relocation consisted of the packing, relocation and unpacking of furniture, sensitive scientific equipment, IT computer equipment, small and large machinery items, shelving, files, archives, pallets, spare parts and picking stock.
