Over a long weekend we undertook the relocation of offices and warehouse for Wurth Australia from Braeside to their new premises in Dandenong South. This major relocation required the packing and unpacking of all spare parts and warehouse content consisting of 2,650 shelf locations, over 10,000-line items as well as pallets of stock.
Spare parts were relocated using specialised trolleys and stillage’s allowing all items to be kept in sequential order throughout the move process.
